Starting 5g of creatine/day. Let’s see. Maybe the marketing finally wore me down, but I am really curious, especially about its potential role in brain ATP metabolism even more than benefits for muscle mass and strength. I’ve been thinking about training not just in workouts completed and miles ridden, but in how well I recover, think, and stay steady when things get long. This feels like one small variable worth testing.
